These workshops are designed for competitive and non-competitive cyclists and runners to help stretch and strengthen key muscle groups and prevent injuries.

Vinyasa Yoga: Develop strength and mobility as well as an awareness of your body and breathing. Increase lung capacity and prevent injury. Learn how to calm and focus your mind.
